- Qualifications: Over 3 years of work experience or professional/higher education
- Monthly Salary: Minimum €1,537 before taxes or €1,054 net plus €840 in taxes

Steps to Obtain Residence Permit through Employment:
1. Company Registration in Latvia (7 working days):
- Document translation and preparation
- Assistance with bank account opening
- Support in obtaining VAT registration
2. Job Vacancy Publication and Work Permit Processing (15 working days):
- Publication of vacancy in the State Employment Agency
- Work permit processing with the Migration Service of Latvia
3. Residence Permit Application Submission (7 days to 1 month)
4. Immigration Office Appointment Scheduling
5. Visit to Immigration Office

Processing Times
Application processing time: 30 days (standard) or 5-10 working days (expedited procedure)
Required Documents:
- Residence permit application form (we complete it)
- Valid passport (for applicant and family members)
- Photo 3x4 cm
- Apostilled criminal record certificate (valid for 6 months) for all persons over 14 years
- Approved invitation from Latvian employer (we prepare it)
- Employment contract with Latvian company (we prepare it)
For Family Reunification:
- Marriage certificate (with apostille)
- Children's birth certificates (with apostille)
- Notarized consent for minor child's residence in Latvia (for children from previous marriages)
- Bank statement proving sufficient funds (minimum €8,400 per adult and €2,520 per child, valid for 3 months)
Work Experience Confirmation:
- Education diploma with apostille + transcript with grades, or
- Employment certificate stating employer details, employment period, position, and responsibilities, or
- Scanned copy of employment record book
